How to Create Event Tickets?

After created a ticket, you can create tickets for the event.

  1. Go to the ‘Events > All Events’ from the admin panel menu.
  2. Click on the ‘Edit’ button on the event.
  3. Scroll to the ‘Event Details’ field.
  4. Open the ‘Tickets’ tab.
  5. Enter a price from the ‘Price’ field. This price will show on event listing elements and it uses in the event search system. Only enter a price, do not enter any price symbol. Example: 50
  6. If you want to show the remaining tickets, you can choose a option from the ‘Remaining Tickets’ field. If you get the remaining tickets from a WooCommerce product, you can choose the ‘WooCommerce Product’ option and choose a product from the ‘WooCommerce Product’ field.
  7. You can choose a ticket style from the ‘Ticket Style’ field. You can change default style from the Theme Settings > Events > Tickets page.
  8. You can choose a ticket listing column from the ‘Ticket Column’ field. You can change default option from the Theme Settings > Events > Tickets page.
  9. You can choose a column space for the ticket listing from the ‘Ticket Column Space’ field. You can change default option from the Theme Settings > Events > Tickets page.
  10. Next, you can create tickets from the ‘Tickets’ field. Click on the ‘Add New’ field.
  11. Enter a ticket title from the ‘Title’ field.
  12. If you want to add active style to this ticket, you can choose ‘On’ option.
  13. Enter a subtitle from the ‘Subtitle’ field.
  14. You can a purchase type from the ‘Purchase Type’ field. WooCommerce option is for online ticket sales via WooCommerce plugin. You can redirect to ticket to Eventbrite and Meetup with Eventbrite and Meetup options. If you want to redirect to the ticket to an external site, you can choose an ‘External Link’ option.
  15. You can enter ticket features from the ‘Package Features’ field.
  16. You can choose a WooCommerce product for this ticket from the ‘WooCommerce Product’ field. This product will add to the cart when click on the buy now button and this product will ticket of the customers. Ticket price will come from this product.
  17. You can choose status of the quantity chooser from the ‘Quantity’ field. You can change default option from the Theme Settings > Events > Tickets page.
  18. You can enter a ticket price from the ‘Price’ field. Only enter a price, do not enter any price symbol. Example: 50. Blank enter it, if you use WooCommerce product for this ticket.
  19. You can enter a button title from the ‘Button Title’ field. Default: Buy Now
  20. You can choose a target type from the ‘Button Target’ field.
  21. You can re-order the packages with drag & drop, the order will update after saving.
