How to Update Perada?

Theme Update via Admin Panel

  1. Firstly, download and install this plugin: ‘Envato Market‘. You will update the theme via this plugin. You can find installation details of the plugin on that page.
  2. Go to the ‘Envato Market’ from admin panel menu after installed the plugin.
  3. Click to the ‘Generate a personal token’.
  4. Create a token code from opening page.
  5. After, copy the created code.
  6. Return to the ‘Envato Market’ page on your admin panel.
  7. Paste the created code in the ‘Token field’ from the ‘Envato Market’ page.
  8. Click to the ‘Save Changes’ button.
  9. Next, you can update the theme on this page. If you will live a problem, you can following steps.
  10. Login to WordPress admin panel.
  11. Go to the ‘Plugins’ from admin panel menu.
  12. Delete the ‘Perada Theme: Page Builder Elements’, the ‘Perada Theme: Post Types’ and the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugins.
  13. Next, go to the ‘Appearance > Install Plugins’ from admin panel menu.
  14. Reinstall the ‘Perada Theme: Page Builder Elements’, the ‘Perada Theme: Post Types’ and the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugins from this page.

How to Download Update File on ThemeForest?

You get an email notification when we release any update. This email have download link of the update. You can find changelog of the update on ThemeForest’s Perada page.

  1. Firstly, go to the ‘ThemeForest’ web site.
  2. Login to the site with your account.
  3. Next, click the ‘Download’ menu item from user box from site header.
  4. Scroll to where the ‘Perada’.
  5. Click on the ‘Download’ button on the ‘Perada’.
  6. Click on the ‘All Files & documentation’ and download the theme.

Theme Update via FTP

  1. Login to your hosting via FTP. Recommended software: FileZilla
  2. Then, you download the ‘.zip’ package from the ‘ThemeForest’ and unzip it.
  3. Open the ‘Main Theme’ file and extract the ‘perada.zip’ file.
  4. Go to ‘/wp-content/themes/’ and delete the ‘perada’ folder.
  5. Then, upload the extracted the ‘perada’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/themes/’ directory on your FTP server. (Should be ‘index.php’, ‘functions.php’, ‘style.css’ etc. files in the ‘perada’ folder)
  6. Login to WordPress admin panel.
  7. Go to the ‘Plugins’ from admin panel menu.
  8. Delete the ‘Perada Theme: Page Builder Elements’, the ‘Perada Theme: Post Types’ and the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugins.
  9. Next, go to the ‘Appearance > Install Plugins’ from admin panel menu.
  10. Reinstall the ‘Perada Theme: Page Builder Elements’, the ‘Perada Theme: Post Types’ and the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugins from this page.
